Centralized Inventory
Every asset catalogued with description, condition, serial number, and photos. Searchable and filterable by category, location, and status.
Check-In / Check-Out
When equipment leaves, it's checked out to a person with a timestamp. When it returns, it's checked back in. Full history on every item.
Audit Trail
Complete chain of custody — who had it, when they had it, when it came back, and its condition on return.
Content Management
Tracks content assets alongside physical equipment — archival, versioning, and access control for BlackStar's media library.
